This document establishes the terms and conditions governing use of the 15th platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 15th platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

You are fully responsible for safeguarding your account password. 15th is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your login details. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without permission.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the 15th platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using third-party software, bots, or any automated methods to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform’s security systems
- Sharing account login information with others
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities
- Distributing content that disrupts, threatens, or harms other users or 15th
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate actions including account suspension and appropriate legal measures.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 15th platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support various local payment methods including approved eWallets and bank transfers via licensed Malaysian financial institutions.
You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your account are your own and obtained by lawful means. 15th reserves the right to suspend any suspicious transactions while conducting internal investigations or cooperating with relevant authorities.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to current policies and may change from time to time. Updated transaction limits are displayed in your account section on the platform. Withdrawals will be processed within the stated timeframe, subject to identity verification and compliance with required security procedures.
15th is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third-party payment providers. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of their respective eWallet or bank before making transactions.

15th’s liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days prior to any claim. 15th is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages under any situation.
Account Suspensions and Closures
15th reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document
- Reporting fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
- Providing false information during registration or account updates
- Requests from relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- An account that remains inactive without any transactions for the specified period
In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 15th’s discretion and subject to investigation findings. Users will be informed via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 15th platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is owned by 15th or its licensors and protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from 15th.
5. Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments
The 15th platform may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by us. These links are provided for your convenience only, and their presence does not imply endorsement or responsibility by 15th for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage users to review the terms and privacy policies of every external site visited.
Third-party services integrated into the 15th platform, such as payment solution providers, are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. 15th is not responsible for any issues arising from user interactions with these third-party services beyond our platform’s scope.
Terms Change
